This hotel is a great value for money – the prices are very reasonable and the attention to detail is excellent. I especially loved the location on a lively street where live bands play on most evenings. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are all provided. The rooms have window opening to a connecting terrace, giving a nice view of the garden outside.

The restaurant is not very busy and therefore less suitable for dining, serving staff there was not so experienced and took a while for they take the order despite not being busy. Breakfast is good however.

The buffet breakfast was good, good location and close to restaurants.

I reserved for queen deluxe but when we check in our room was not available and did not get till the next day.

The swimming pool was great and the temperature was perfect. The room had HBO, Fox movies, and Fox Sports. The shower was excellent. The staff was helpful and provided extra beds when requested. The hotel had good hospitality and a spacious room. The location was great and the air conditioning was quiet at night.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and attentive. The rooms very comfortable and clean. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in all Indonesia! Not far away from all tourist attractions and very good restaurants with great atmosphere. You'll have a good time there.

Overall not really clean. Room Ok but fut flies around around breakfast and things like that are not encouraging. I would say overall OK but relatively highly priced compared to what you could get around in jojgia...

The wifi didn't work well, making it difficult to stay connected during our stay.

the only problem we have during the stay is the hexoss in the bath room is not function.

We stayed in this hotel over Easter. The breakfast had a good selection of food and the WiFi worked well in our room. The location was convenient to two popular streets with lots of restaurant options. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful.

There were some negatives to our stay. The air conditioning was not effective, so the room was uncomfortably warm.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its excellent facilities, including the beautiful pool and well-stocked rooms with a mini-fridge.
